Construction of a fire and rescue centre and fire and rescue service headquarters for the department.
The structure consists of a T-shaped building with an 8-storey central tower and three 2-storey wings.
The site is in a seismic zone 2, category IV, importance factor 1.4.

This new facility will accommodate personnel working within the department’s existing fire and rescue service headquarters, in particular the emergency call handling and operations centre, as well as the firefighters in the fire and rescue centre.

The construction of the new fire station will provide a facility tailored to the operational coverage challenges associated with the Rennes centre’s territory.
