A 3-storey building with technical equipment and plant rooms on flat roofs and full-size semi-underground basement. By virtue of its nature and location, this building is subject to very high seismic requirements: seismic class 4 building in seismic zone 4.

The type of foundation adopted for its construction is a raft foundation, and bracing is provided by non-coupled concrete curtain walls. All of its floors are made of post-tensioned prestressed concrete, with the exception of the service ducts made of conventional prestressed precast slabs.
