The Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie is installed in the Parc de la Villette, which is the largest green space in the French capital. With its ten cultural and leisure establishments, it receives over eight million visitors per year.

The project covers the operation and development of 24,000 m² GLA comprising shops, cafes, restaurants, freefall simulator and 20 cinema auditoria.
