Part single-storey, part two-storey building. Built on spread foundations, there are two types of structure in this building. In respect of the single-storey portion, the floors and elevations are made of concrete with brick external facing. In respect of the two-storey portion, the structure consists of a timber portal frame, supporting a composite timber-concrete upper floor and a timber roof structure. The buildings’ roofcovering is either tile or green flat roof. The facades are constructed with an insulated brick facing on the concrete walls, and with timber cladding on timber frame walls in the areas having a timber structure.
