Construction of a 110-bed care home for dependent elderly people.

Part single-storey, part two-storey building. Reinforced concrete structure and concrete post and beam-framed facades with timber-framed infill walls. The building’s design tends towards a low energy consumption building by the use of external insulation, green flat roofs, solar panels and a wood-burning boiler.
