On behalf of Sogelym Ingénierie, Terrell is undertaking BIM structural studies alongside B. architecture, in a consortium incorporating contractors CBC and Dalkia. 12 months of studies and 36 months of site work will be required to deliver this project comprising approximately 2,300 workstations, as well as a 450-seat auditorium, an inter-company restaurant with 1450 covers, a crèche, a gym and parking on two basement levels.
End user: The Prime Minister’s Office.
The complex will be awarded the “BBC Effinergie” renovation low-energy hallmark, and be certified to NF Tertiary Buildings – renovation – Procedure II.
