Rehabilitation of the world’s largest luxury boutique, with a retail space of 1,800 square metres. Creation of an innovative interior volume with an exceptional multi-level circulation system rather than classic storeys. The succession of levels are laid out in a spiral design leading to the heart of the store. Installation of a 20-metre-high atrium from which 1,900 polished steel rods of various lengths descend. A peripheral truss coated in stainless steel forms a semi-circle broken up by a grid of beams with double 8mm thick plates. Curved sheet elements support the suspended rods arranged on a 200mm grid. Two layers of radiating cables allow for adjustment.

This project was awarded the APK steel award in 2006.
