The project comprises the construction of an approximately 12,000-m² office building made up as follows:

– 7,000 m² of offices (permanent and transient, as well as open-plan floor plates) and associated spaces

– 5,000 m² of semi-underground and multi-storey car parking (approximately 200 spaces)

The facades are thin double-skin breathable curtain walls with parallel projecting tall casements.
