The project consists of restructuring and extending the Carré Sénart Shopping Centre, in the commune of Lieusaint (77).
The project also includes:
– An extension to the shopping area to the right of the existing parking, referred to as the ‘TRIANGLE’.
– The construction of a new parking area.
– The redevelopment of the area currently occupied by cinemas into a future shopping area.
– A new cinema.
