PA12 in Argenteuil is a three-phase construction project for a 33.6 MWIT data center.

The new 3-story data hall building is split across two blocks, with a combined administrative front of house area.

The buildings are designed for construction with primarily concrete frames. Steel frame elements are required for external stairs, rooftop gantries, louver support, rooftop acoustic and solid panels, and other secondary steelwork.

There is a separate generator building and an on-site substation – all to support the data centre operation.

Terrell is providing engineering design services for RIBA phases 2, 3 and 4.
