Construction of an 89-bed accommodation facility for dependent elderly people, with all the ancillary premises necessary for its operation (reception, administration, general services, plant rooms, catering, special treatments and activities unit, consultation, care, activities. The project provides for the construction of two 3- and 4-storey buildings, with a partial basement and green spaces. The work includes the execution of earthworks with consideration of soil pollution management measures, and reuse on site (beneath the future buildings) of all non-inert soil. The floor of the partial basement will be of the slab on stone pitching type and the walls will be of reinforced concrete. In terms of the above-ground structure, the project comprises two 3- and 4-storey buildings that are divided into two blocks by expansion joints. These two buildings constructed of reinforced concrete (reinforced concrete curtain walls and permanent formwork concrete slab with thermal break) are connected to each other by means of a central block with a timber structure, timber or metal beams and timber or composite timber-concrete floors.
