The “Edenn” real estate complex, mainly destined for offices, offers multiple uses for services, retail, restaurants, fitness and coworking. Edenn will combine a composite timber, concrete and metal structure in order to benefit from the best environmental labels and certifications (HQE Excellent level, BREEAM Excellent level, E+C-, LEED Platinum level, BBCA, OsmoZ, R2S). Numerous green spaces will adorn the various levels. The 9-storey building has 2 basement levels.

The floors are made of CLT panels, the beams and columns are made of glulaminated timber. The full-height cores are made of reinforced concrete to provide the bracing of the building. Several expansion joints were required due to the long length of the building. The lower levels up to the first floor are of reinforced concrete as well as the 10th-storey roof terrace to accommodate the plant rooms. An existing RATP rectifier station and an existing deep gallery are incorporated into the building; they are bridged so as not to be subjected to new stresses. External steel/concrete passageways are present along the facades, which are independent of the interior structure in order to limit thermal bridges and interfaces between the timber and the exterior.
