Five new halls of residence providing over 800 student bedrooms and a new academic building with modern and flexible teaching spaces that will also house the Business School and new social and sports facilities.

Primarily constructed using reinforced concrete, the building consists of 5 towers ranging between 10 and 18 stories high and connected via a 2-story podium structure.  Braced steel frames are present on each tower to form enclosed plant areas. The building is founded on piles, with a contiguous piled retaining walls present across the southern elevation of the site to manage the changing topography.

A detailed 3D wind load analysis was required to provide relevant loading for the facades.
