Construction of a new hospital with earthworks and ground consolidation by means of draining grids. Five-storey building with a 100 by 200 metre footprint. Special pile foundations and reinforced concrete structure: columns, beams, slabs, curtain walls and underground curtain walls. Various steel-framed structures: helipad, roof-top plant rooms and canopies. Road, parking and pedestrian walkway construction across the entire site plus miscellaneous works.
