The Hôtel Provençal was built by architect Roger Séassal in 1926, in the pine forest at Juan-les-Pins. This iconic hotel would remain one of the most elegant establishments on the Côte d’Azur for decades, and the greatest personalities of the time stayed there. Following its closure in 1974, it was looted and went into decline from the 1980s and then gradually fell into disrepair.
The conversion of this magnificent historic hotel into a prestigious apartment building retains the original Art Deco style of the 1930s as well as the so-called neo-Provençal style.
The future apartment building will retain the Provençal name and will include 27 high-luxury apartments, a penthouse, spa, shops, staff apartments, car parking and a plant room.
Terrell was commissioned for the structural engineering studies for the rehabilitation of the building and surrounding walls as well as the civil engineering for all underground plant rooms outside the building footprint.
Project delivery end 2023.
