This project consists of transforming a brownfield site into a new 160 000 m² office complex, with 3 to 6 storeys of basement car parking. The project is divided into a central 25 storey tower with two other 6 and 7 storey adjacent office buildings.
The site is currently occupied by an existing 26 storey office building with three stories of parking. The tower will be demolished as part of the project with the existing suspended basement slab being preserved to form part of the new development. Extensive enabling works have been required, including the creation of a waterproof “skirt” around the site, dewatering and the installation of temporary ground anchors.
