Schematic and Detail Design of Building Services for a Secondary School in Myanmar (ex Burma).

TERRELL carried out the complete the Building Services (MEP) studies (HVAC & smoke extraction, plumbing, LV & ELV electrical currents) of Dulwich College in Yangon, Myanmar (ex Burma).

The major technical challenges of the project lie in the treatment of the classrooms by hybrid ventilation (natural ventilation + local terminals in order to limit energy consumption). The air treatment of the buildings was the subject of simulations and calculations using Design Builder and Urba Wind software.
