The project consists of an extension to the existing Ruaudin II Commercial Centre and the construction of a new commercial space.
The programme comprises 3 zones:
– shops in a mall area
– a retail park
– a restaurant area
and includes approximately 1700 exterieur parking spaces.
The retail operation is made up of ground floor commercial units.
