The Tirana Tower has 47 floors above ground and five basement levels and stands 214 meters tall.

The tower’s silhouette highlights the different facilities by adopting a unique architectural concept for each including the base plinth, the office and residential floors, the hotel lobby, and the hotel rooms.

The uniqueness of the tower’s structure lies in the absence of continuous load-bearing elements down to the ground floor. Floors are thus supported by the central reinforced concrete core at different levels consisting of concrete or steel structures.

To meet the needs of each architectural program, the tower has been divided into several modules, each equipped with its own production units and distribution networks. This decentralized approach not only optimizes installation costs but also simplifies the management of CET systems.
