Construction of a storage building for the Haute-Garonne Department Archives at 10 chemin des Capelles in TOULOUSE.

The building is constructed on a partial basement and an accessible crawl space. It will be divided into 2 blocks by an expansion joint. The loadbearing structure will be made up of partition and external walls in 20 to 25 cm thick reinforced concrete. These walls support pre-stressed pre-slab type floors for standard spans and pre-stressed post-tensioned slabs for warehouses with spans in excess of 13.20 metres. This solution eliminates the need for downstands in the warehouses, with a neat finish on the soffit. Use of over-roofing on a Kalzip-type metal roof structure above the concrete flat roof.
