The 8-storey office building being built on the Champs-Philippe Mixed Development Zone in La Garenne-Colombes will stand above four parking levels.
The infrastructure consists of “Parisian wall” and deep or spread foundations according to their locations. The superstructure is primarily comprised of reinforced concrete, column-beam construction with prestressed or cast-in-place hollow-core slab. Due to the presence of services such as egg-shaped sewers and main sewer outlets, one of the building’s characteristics is the “bridging” of the pedestrian street, requiring the use of a reinforced concrete open-frame girder with a span of approximately 25m.
This development will meet HQE and BREEAM certification standards.
