9-storey reinforced concrete building incorporating various facilities: sports centre and swimming pool on the ground and first floors, hotel rooms with central parking from 2nd to 4th floors, convention centre on 5th floor, sports facilities and suites on 6th floor and hotel rooms on 7th and 8th floors. Concrete post and beam frame with post-tensioned floors, bracing by concrete walls and cores, non-loadbearing prefabricated concrete grid skin.
