Design and site supervision of the coworking office building, Le Village by CA, on behalf of Crédit Agricole Pyrénées Gascogne, comprising:

– An auditorium (300 seats),

– 2 restaurants,

– A basement car park,

– A gym,

– An amphitheatre (90 seats).

The glazed facades are built of curtain walls in aluminium basic or structural glazing version according to location, and are protected from exposure to the sun by a double facade with prefabricated concrete sunbreakers.

The central atrium is occupied by passageways, protected by a pleated glass roof with a 25-metre span, the south-facing sides of which are fitted with photovoltaic glazing.
