Michelin-starred Chef Alain Ducasse’s future Cookery School involves the construction of a building with a footprint of approximately 2670 m², divided into four volumes of constant height with a total floor area of approximately 4706 m².
The various activities are spread over two floors (ground and first floors) and organised around a common space identified as an interior street.
On the ground floor, the interior street and the training restaurant will be built double-height. This building incorporates a basement level devoted to plant rooms and parking.
