Project comprising a paintshop for the A350 with 2-storey offices and plant rooms. Building dimensions: width 76 m – length 90 m – height 23.30 m.

The offices and plant rooms are independent and built entirely of concrete. The building floor slab is designed for “aircraft” loadings.

The building, constructed with a metal frame, comprises 2 self-supporting mega-portal latticework frames and 2 primary central longitudinal girders. A large part of the process is either suspended (mobile docks, aerial platforms and overhead cranes), or in the roof space (AHU and air extractors). Total weight of structure = 900 tonnes.
