Construction of a new City Hall that concentrates all municipal departments at a site located on the banks of the Lez River. It includes the creation of a plaza and public park, the construction of a 560-space underground parking garage and a 140-space surface parking lot.

It is a practical mixture of reinforced concrete and steel frame structures. The latter is being utilised primarily for the long-span latticework beam structures. High-quality environmental protection studies were carried out for all project facilities. This includes the construction materials used. Technical plant installations have been designed to ensure optimal energy consumption through the choice of both production systems and the building’s structural envelope. This environmental focus lies within the scope of a sustainable development approach towards construction and includes the use of photovoltaic sensors.
