The 3 Fontaines shopping centre is operating in a fast-changing conurbation. Terrell is undertaking a multidisciplinary structural and facade engineering assignment for this shopping centre restructuring and extension project. The building consists of two main levels of retail premises, all laid out along a central mall with several branches. The extension works relate to the creation of new car parks as well as the construction of several levels of retail premises and a delivery area.
