A project related to the Greater Paris regional express railway (RER) station planned for Issy-les-Moulineaux, the Grand Phare d’Issy, or Great Lighthouse of Issy, is a new-build residential and commercial construction above the station. It is composed of two buildings on top of an existing civil engineering structure. One of the buildings is a 7-storey residential unit and the other is a 16-storey mixed-use housing and commercial block. The infrastructure of the future Issy station and the passenger building will support the building project, which will be completed in reinforced concrete.
