Major restructuring of the Crédit Agricole head office in Toulouse.

This is an 8-storey office building above 3 basement car park levels.

The floors are of the beam-slab or prestressed prefabricated ribbed floor type, on reinforced concrete columns and beams. The whole is divided into two blocks by an expansion joint; the uppermost block is braced by a reinforced concrete core incorporating the staircase and the lift shafts; the facades are not loadbearing.

The project comprises the creation of a patio, creation of lift shafts, modification of volumes involving the demolition and reconstruction of floors, walls, columns and staircases.
