Major renovation of a complex of buildings constructed between 1900 and 1950, converted into modern office spaces.
The creation of underground parking required extensive underpinning works to support the existing structures. At the heart of the project, a glass roof supported by tensioned cables was installed above an internal street, bringing natural light and transparency to the entire complex.
For this project, Terrell received the APK Award in 2002, presented by the Association for the Promotion of Steel Construction Education.
