TOKO comprises the renovation and repurposing of two existing 7-storey buildings with a 2-storey extension. The buildings will be joined by a bridging structure.

The project comprises:
– upgrading the basement levels
– improving the two roof terraces
– upgrading to current access and fire standards
– upgrading and redesign of the office floor plates
– creation of a residential zone and a communal area
– creation of extensive green roofs and roof-top gardens
