The project consists of the renovation of a building dating from 1922 which was extended in 1937, at the location of a former courtyard, and which has already undergone substantial modifications to its basements in recent years. The project seeks to achieve an architectural upgrade of the entire building in accordance with current regulations. The architectural plan also includes the possibility of incorporating shops and housing on the first and second floors.
