Project for the construction of a business hub in the city of Besançon, comprising a long building along the railway line on the site of the former Sernam warehouses and a second building facing it on the other side of a landscaped mall. The complex enjoys HQE (Association for High Environmental Quality in Construction) certification and complies with the dual requirement: RT2012 -30% and minimum 40% renewable energy. The fuel adopted for the project is wood, suited to the 500 kW boiler. Electricity use is energy-efficient and all installations are controlled by a BMS.
