Viotte comprises the construction of a business hub in the city of Besançon built along the railway line on the site of the former Sernam warehouses.

The project has achieved HQE (Association for High Environmental Quality in Construction) certification and complies with the dual requirement: RT2012 -30% and minimum 40% renewable energy.

The boilers are woodfired, electricity use is energy-efficient and under BMS control.
