A mixed-use development comprising co-living space, a gym, shops and a restaurant on Paris’ Boulevard Circulaire.
The building is made up of two sections – of 11 and 12 floors respectively – over an upper ground floor and a basement level.
A unique feature of this project is that it is built primarily from prefabricated 3D modules.
It is the first low-carbon “4th family” residential building built in a concrete-steel-wood hybrid modular way and constructed off-site.
The structure of the building will take the form of a reinforced concrete construction up to the upper first floor, followed by a superstructure of prefabricated 3D elements based on the principle of multi-materials adapted to the project.
