The project consists of the construction of an 8-storey building complex comprising 2 buildings (to be considered independent) for use as offices above a lower ground floor and 3 basement parking levels. Terrell is responsible for a structural assignment comprising the preliminary design of the main structure of the buildings as well as monitoring the works in the role of Technical Assistant to the Developer during the execution phase.

-Association for High Environmental Quality in Construction: Exceptional
-BREEAM Excellent.
