The Vernon Designer Outlet Village project is located in Normandy, between the Eure and Seine valleys, not far from Giverny.
The project includes  around one hundred shops, seven restaurants and 1200 parking spaces.
Entirely conceived and designed based of the topography of the site and local landscape, the built complex comprising the “Designer Outlet Village” and the “Artisan’s Village” fits perfectly into this large agricultural plateau. The complex fits naturally and in harmony with the surrounding landscape, which features a broad horizons and extensive open spaces with the site being built within an existing slight hollow. The project is being built High Environmental Quality standard with continuous green roofs and numerous green facades forming a visual extension of the nature and meadows around the site.
