The Vernon Designer Outlet Village project is located in the vast Normandy bocage, between the Eure and Seine valleys, not far from the large forest areas of Bizy and Pacy.
It will incorporate 1200 parking spaces.
Entirely conceived and designed on the basis of the topography of the site and local landscape, the built complex comprising the “Designer Outlet Village” and the “Artisan’s Village” fits perfectly into this large area of Normandy at the heart of the agricultural plateau.
In the immediate vicinity of the A13 Paris-Le Havre motorway service area, the complex fits in naturally due to the elements in harmony with the landscape, which features a broad horizon and extensive open space. The site currently has slight hollows, enabling the village to be installed in one of them, earthworks created around the building thus creating undulating ground. The continuous green roofs that graze the embankments form a visual extension of the meadow embankments.
