Construction of a socio-cultural space with high energy performance in the municipality of Venerque (Haute Garonne) comprising:

A multipurpose space with a capacity of 250 spectators on mobile seating tiers, a 120 m² flat stage, dressing rooms, lobby, bar, catering area, dance hall, community activity room, meeting rooms, storage.

The structure of the multipurpose hall and the dance hall on the long sections of wall consists of 7m tall loadbearing CEB walls on which rests a timber frame consisting of dual-pitched rafters.
