The data center is composed of 2 separate buildings built over several phases to a total capacity of 80MW (PAR13=30MW and PAR14=50MW).

Each building has 2 levels of data halls and an exterior gantry. They are each equipped with a dedicated substation and an outdoor platform for generators.

The building structures have reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete prefabricated frames which will speed up the construction time. The gantry has a steel frame.

The building has deep foundations, and a ground bearing slab is cast on reinforced soil at ground floor level.
